Newspaper article on Domestic Violence agaisnt Women

Women have been experiencing physical and sexual violence since the age of 15. This statistic states how early women undergo this sickly process due to their vulnerability and naivety. Women in the UK and France are ranked as the 5^th highest countries who suffer from this vile situation, with a statistic of 44%. Based on this information I feel that people should be more aware of this news. What makes this situation worse is that countries such as the UK and France are ranked in the top 5 when they are claimed to be known as one of the “safest” countries around the world. This supports the purpose of my short film as it expresses how the situation for some women around the world is getting worse and change is urgently needed.
